Modge Podge Pumpkin
We had some green pumpkins in our garden that didn’t have time to turn before the freeze, so we decided to have a little fun with them today. We painted and modge podged them. It was a beautiful day and we loved being outside with a project.
I saw this in Family Fun last year and thought we would give it a try. You just rip up squares of tissue paper ( I didn’t have that many colors on hand, but happened to have some crepe paper and it worked great too) Then you use some sort of modge podge or watered down Elmer’s glue and glue under and over. The kids didn’t last that long so we will pick it up again tomorrow, but the even Emma liked sticking on the squares. Henry keeps commenting on how cool it is.
