Memorial Day Weekend

I am getting behind in my posting, because of the nice weather, but luckily it is raining outside, so I am able to post. Even though this was a while ago, I am going to try to play catch up.
So for Memorial day weekend we just stayed home and worked in our yard. I will have to do a post of all our hard work someday soon. Anyway on Sunday we went with some of my family to visit graves and have a barbecue at my uncles house. We were so lucky to have such a beautiful day. We first went to Brigham city to visit my Grandpa Lindsay's grave, then on to Syracuse to visit my Grandpa Parrish's grave. We ran into a lot of family there, and had a good time visiting. Then we went to my uncle VerDon's house and ate. It was a good day.

Kayley, Carter, and Henry by Grandpa Lindsay's grave- He knew so much about gardens and trees, had a love of photography and rocks like me, and enjoyed square dancing with my grandma who misses him dearly.

The whole gang who went (besides my cousin Micheal who is taking the picture)

My Mom, Grandma Parrish, Emma, and I in front of my Grandpa Parrish's grave. He always sang to us, took us for lawn mower rides, and knew how to Yodel-My grandma misses him too.
I love this picture. My Dad is holding Sadie, Carter and Henry with his mother looking sweet next to him.My mom enjoying the grandkids. Henry, Kayley, and Emma (who was not too happy that day!)
I also love this picture. I wonder if the secret was juicy, my Dad doesn't look like he was listening so I guess we will never know.

Sadie is trying to nab Great Grandma's glasses, and Emma is staring her down. This is the sweetest. My nephew Carter just sat there hugging my Grandma for the longest time, just playing with her necklace. She loved every minute of it.
