Puttin the Fun in Friday

Don't Eat Pete!
Have you ever played Don't eat Pete? It is great fun for all ages. I played all growing up and now have introduced it to Henry. Usually you play with M&M's, but I usually don't have them and Henry would just eat them by the handfuls, so we opt for cracker fish. This is great for Family Home Evening too!Henry showing me who Pete is. The blue number two! He has a hard time keeping it a secret.

Wanting me to put the camera down and actually play with him!
I am about to yell "DON'T EAT PETE!" I chose the yellow 5 just so ya know!

Here is a template. If it doesn't work let me know and I will try again, I was in kind of a hurry today. Then you can color it, or have your child color it-I lamenated mine for long term use.

Instructions! I had my y.w. girls make this for when they went babysitting. They loved it. Also my sister made a bunch of these for family and neighbors and gave a bag of M&M's with it as a Christmas neighbor gift. Just a few ideas.

I remember this game! I need to introduce it to my boys.

The boys keep asking when they can invite Henry over. They loved playing with him.

Thanks again for having us over on such short notice. It was good to catch up!

I remember that game. I think Xander would have a hard time with not eating all the treats as well. I have a strange question for you. We are getting our family pictures taken next weekend in CV. We wanted to do it on a farm with and old barn, an old fence, and maybe some old farm equipment or vehicles. It would be nice if it was near HP as well. I thought you might know of something. Let me know if you can help me out. If you want, you can call me 208-757-2410.

Melissa - I 'snuck' onto your page via another blog . . . but I wanted to tell you how much I love this game! I'm so glad you posted the template! We would play it growing up - so fun. Anyway - you have the cutest family! It's fun to see how you're doing.
